1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Innerwear, lingerie, and sleepwear.

Socks and accessories such as jewelry or masks.

Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.
3. How to Request a Return/Exchange

Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and photographs if applicable.

Once verified, our team will schedule a pickup or guide you on how to send the item back.
4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

If payment was made online, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered for size or color issues, subject to availability.

If the desired size or product is not available, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Repeated or fraudulent return requests may result in account suspension.
