1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • The product received differs from what was shown or described on our website.

  • The issue is reported to our support team within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and sleepwear.

  • Socks and accessories such as jewelry or masks.

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.


3. How to Request a Return/Exchange

  • Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and photographs if applicable.

  • Once verified, our team will schedule a pickup or guide you on how to send the item back.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

  • If payment was made online, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are offered for size or color issues, subject to availability.

  • If the desired size or product is not available, a refund or store credit will be issued.


7. Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Repeated or fraudulent return requests may result in account suspension.

  • Ambeji reserves the right to approve or reject any return/refund request at its discretion.
