  • We accept payments through Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We strive to deliver your order promptly within the estimated delivery time mentioned during checkout.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier partner.

  • Ambeji will not be liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, logistics disruptions).

  • Delivery is available only within serviceable pin codes listed on our website.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

  • You may request a return or exchange if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • COD refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
